New England Properties now covers 56 offices and over 1,600 employees across four states, having acquired another Westchester County brokerage earlier this month. Prudential Centennial Realty was acquired on July 1.

The two brokerages will now be known as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Westchester Properties, reflecting both their parent company and the local market.

Veronica Meola will lead the Eastchester-based office.

“We’ve been the No. 1 brokerage in our Eastchester market for many years running,” she said. “Nothing can stop us from reaching new heights with our powerful Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices brand and New England Properties ownership. [New England Properties CEO] Candace Adams and the company are class acts and we’re proud to be part of the family.”

Since launching in September 2013, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has grown to employ almost 38,000 agents in more than 1,100 offices nationwide.
